Touch tags are the primary way we filter through leads to follow-up and make phone calls. Every lead that you've been in contact with should have a Touch Tag, depending on the lead's timeframe and situation.
The Touch Tag frequency isn't necessarily how often you want to reach out to the lead, but how often you want to put eyes on their name to make sure you follow up with them appropriately and they don't fall through the tracks. Communication:



Time: Used when a lead has a timeframe they've indicated they'll be looking to move during.


Cold: Reasons a lead is moved to Cold stage: Already Bought/Sold, Already Has an Agent, Not moving now, etc.
